To prepare the graduate for performing in symphony and opera orchestras, in various chamber ensembles, for teaching at the Elementary School or for solo performances on concert stages. The graduate will be able to use a broad knowledge of methodology, pedagogy and psychology, to be oriented in music history, to be able to speak foreign languages and to acquire such knowledge that will enable him/her to continue his/her master’s studies.

• the graduate must be able to interpret at a high level compositions of all stylistic periods.
• To be familiar with orchestral parts and to know the repertoire of symphony and opera orchestra selections.
• However, he or she must also be able to analyze the interpreted work professionally and know what the principles are for creating an interpretive intention both within the currently prevailing aesthetics and within the framework of stylistically or historically informed interpretation.
• The graduate must also be familiar with the principles of pedagogical work and teaching methodology, pedagogy and psychology of the study specialisation.
• To be oriented in the historical development of instrumental playing and pedagogy of the given specialisation and to have knowledge of the history of music and the development of artistic movements, including contemporary music.

• Graduates must be able to play the instrument at a high professional level, which will enable them to perform in solo recitals, chamber ensembles and orchestras.
• He is able to orient himself professionally and artistically in the interpretation of music of all styles.
• He can be a full member of symphony and opera orchestras and can use his knowledge of orchestral parts in practice.
• She is proficient in communicating with each other when studying new repertoire in chamber ensembles and when working with piano accompaniment.
• They are able to apply pedagogical principles and methodological procedures in practical teaching, they are able to use and incorporate new information and knowledge from practice.
• He/she can recognize, analyze and eliminate his/her own technical deficiencies and can subsequently apply them in his/her methodological procedures.
• Knows the basic rules of writing professional text.
• Can apply their knowledge in the form of professional argumentation in theoretical and creative discussions at an appropriate professional level.

The graduate should be aware of the importance of musical art and how it has influenced the overall cultural, aesthetic and ethical level of society.

They should also be able to work as part of a team and communicate creatively with their professional partners, act and present themselves in a polished manner, organise and plan their work and be able to solve problems.

They should be able to accept the opinions of their surroundings, but at the same time be able to present their own ideas or thoughts in a clear and logical manner and be able to develop their acquired knowledge and skills further.
