Form of admission procedure
- Submission of a portfolio of homework with a minimum of 20 or maximum of 40 items.
- Form: e.g. photographic documentation, recordings of performances and concerts, sheet music, recordings, graphic designs and artwork, realisation of websites or projects on a storage device with a functional link and access to the location address or on a digital USB stick, or on a CD, DVD, audio CD or video CD – with a weighting of 10% in the overall evaluation of the applicant.
- Each work must be legibly marked with the name of the applicant and a description of the work. The functionality of the digital link or media is the responsibility of the bidder.
- Developing a free task
- A project concept for a multimedia work using any media, with a weighting of 20% in the applicant’s overall evaluation.
- Exact instructions for implementation will be communicated to the candidate by the committee on the day of the talent test.
- Developing a thematic task
- Project concept for a multimedia work with a compulsory musical component, with a weighting of 20% in the overall evaluation of the applicant.
- Exact instructions for implementation will be communicated to the candidate by the committee on the day of the talent test.
- Developing a practical task
- Design of a time-determined image composition – photo/video, with a weight of 20% in the overall evaluation of the applicant.
- Exact instructions for implementation will be communicated to the candidate by the committee on the day of the talent test.
- Knowledge of the field and its history, an interview on theoretical knowledge, history of music and visual arts, and orientation in contemporary artistic developments, with a weight of 20% in the candidate’s overall evaluation.
- A general knowledge test with a weighting of 10% in the candidate’s overall assessment.
