Newly designed International Conference „JAMUsica“ follows the tradition of successful symposia „Musica Nova“ and „Musica Antiqua – Musica Nova“, organized by the Faculty of Music in various modifications since 2005. Its current form reacts to contemporary trends in music art and musicology. An effort to connect reflection of the mentioned fields to wide range of artistic or scientific approaches is one of the tasks of this conference. That´s why both, musicological as well as from reflection of artistic work resulted presentations („Artistic Research“) are welcome.
